Music City Paddlers is a Nashville-based kayaking and canoeing group of all ages and skill levels. We enjoy scenic outdoor adventures and social events in the Middle Tennessee area. Group kayak and canoe paddles are planned on the local rivers, creeks and lakes which offer both running water and flat water experiences. Here's a map of where you can find us: http://maps.googl... Our adventures include: day paddles for Nashville's kayakers and canoeists, overnight camping, moonlight and weekday paddles, Wild Hare paddles and coordination of kayak and canoe opportunities with other groups. Some trips are planned where kayak and canoe rentals are available. Monthly get-togethers include: food, fun and friendship around a campfire (we love to eat!). Join the fun with fellow paddlers!

Our next meeting:
Overnight Camping and Paddling
J. Percy Priest is a great place to kayak. We will meet at the Hamilton Creek Sailboat Marina at 8:30 am. Parking is free. The Marina has a person on duty and the gates are closed at night securing our vehicles. In case of an emergency, you can get out.
There are 24 islands that allow camping on a first come, first serve basis. We will paddle to a very scenic island for overnight camping. Read more
