Stand Up Paddle Boarding- SUPFit Yoga/Pilate's classes-SUPfit Sunset Power Hour Classes, X-SUPfit Classes. SUPfit Yoga/Pilate's/X-SUPfit Sessions are done on the water on 12 foot soft top SUP's, mostly inside the harbor in Redondo Beach (unless we have a claim day to venture outside the breakwall to check out and see if any dolphins are around). I am the owner of OEX Sunset Beach, a kayak and paddle board store offering sales, rentals, rigging and repairs. I am always looking for any excuse to get me out on he water. The best time to really enjoy the harbor is early in the day when the winds are generally at their lightest. I have a rental fleet that just keeps growing and am offering this board, paddle and on the water basic instruction for only $15. If you have your own board, just show up and join us at no cost.

Aloha, Konikoni means passion in Hawaiian and ever since I started paddling I have had konikoni for SUP. It gets me off my butt, keeps me young, and gives me an incredible feeling of being free! This meet up is for all experience levels. This is a great way to exercise, get fit, and enjoy life!
