Tri-State-Kayakers is intended for both beginning and experienced recreational kayakers from the Cincinnati, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky areas to share their passion for the sport of kayaking. The purpose of this group is to join adventurous women around Louisville who love the outdoors together for trips, hikes, paddles, runs, rides, and walks. Events will be both local and destination events, lasting a couple of hours or over a long weekend. No previous experience necessary, just a thirst for adventures in the outdoors!

Meet other local Paddlers to plan trips and meetups, talk about local rivers, creeks, and kayak gear. We are mostly beginner and intermediate paddlers, but all levels and ages welcome! Trips we have gone on so far have been leisurely paddles on calm waters exploring lakes, creeks and slow moving rivers. There is no membership fee, nor is there a charge to attend events.
