Welcome to Western Carolina Kayaking! Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for paddlers of all skill levels to meet other paddlers for flat water and whitewater paddling. We would like to provide opportunities for learning paddling skills through venues such as pool classes (to practice rolling and rescue techniques).

Anyone looking to enjoy all aspects of the outdoors or try a new outdoor activity then this group is for you! Sometimes it'll take us all day to go 8 miles. Sometimes all day to go 2, what with snacks, swims, sidetrips up a beckoning stream, and checking on the rookery.
